For over 15 years, Lisa has worked in an executive capacity in sales, marketing and customer service. Spending time in the media, finance and telecommunications industries has allowed Lisa to develop talents of planning and leadership within a multitude of organization and people personalities. Throughout her career, Lisa has managed teams of two up to teams of 40. Throughout her career, Lisa has had the pleasure of creating new departments, re-designing existing departments and nurturing teams. Her passion is around assisting others succeed, which was why she started Red sapphire Consulting.
Extremely active in her community, Lisa sits on multiple boards and committees, which charge both large and small non-profits. Lisa holds a BA in Communications and theatre from Temple University in Philadelphia. As well, she is a 2009 graduate of the prestigious Leadership Champlain program in Burlington, VT. Beyond that, she has attended countless workshops, classes and schools for leadership, sales, marketing and customer service. Lisa currently resides in South Burlington VT with her partner Nate and her Persian cat Jack.
